Return and Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within
14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • The product must not have been used

  • The product must not be damaged

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Products that were damaged due to misuse

  • Products that were manufactured or customized specifically upon customer request

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product has a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was delivered, Al Batal will bear all costs related to return or replacement.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is requested by the customer for personal reasons, the customer bears the shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to an error from our side, Al Batal bears all shipping costs.
